Working Principle
The system adopts a mature three-chamber overflow integrated structure: premixing dissolution chamber, curing chamber and solution storage chamber.
Dry powder flocculants are fed into the silo and delivered quantitatively by a screw feeder to the premixing wetting device, where they mix evenly with incoming water. This design largely prevents "fish-eye" agglomerates of PAM or PAC powder.
The solution flows through three chambers sequentially by overflow, each equipped with an independent agitator.
